Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or LINE Official Account within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original garment bags and boxes, ensuring all accessories like spare buttons or pocket squares are included.

  Ship to the Showroom

  Send your package using a trackable courier service to our Bangkok showroom address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the garment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
